10 ROBERT D. BELL FOR ANDERSON CREEK LODGE, 5602 MISSION
11 ROAD, BELLINGHAM, WA 98226 (AB92 -128)
12 Imhof explained this issue.
13 BRENNER MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL.
14 The motion carried 2 -0.

16 2. REQUEST FOR GUIDANCE REGARDING POSSIBLE PUBLIC
17 SERVICES REVIEW OF VARIOUS CITIZEN CONCERNS (AB92 -131)
18 Ramona Reeves, Clerk of the Council, explained that sometimes complaints are not
19 acted upon quickly and she wondered if it would be better to have committee support.
20 Imhof said committee members could sign off on complaints; these should be tracked
21 so the committee members can follow up on ones that are not being dealt with.
22 The meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
