COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
November 24, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Offices, 1000 N. Forest
St., Suite 203, by Dan Warner, Chairman.

Bob Imhof (arrived late)

Dennis Vander Yacht
Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor Randy Watts was present. Warner explained that
discussion of both items could take place in executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(2)
in order for Council to be briefed by its attorney on a quasi-judicial matter.
HENDERSON MOVED TO MEET IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.
Motion carried unanimously (Brenner and Imhof had not yet arrived).
Warner closed the meeting to the public and said the executive session would last no
longer than one half hour.
