The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Offices, 1000 N. Forest
St., 2nd floor, by Dan Warner, Chairman.

SHERRY HENDERSON (AB91 -206)
This portion of the meeting took place in executive session, pursuant to RCW
42.30.140(2), in order for Council to be briefed by its attorney on a quasi-judicial matter.
Because there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
