control ordinance under consideration by the Bellingham City Council. She was one of the
original people working on the animal control regulations already in existence in Whatcom

the existing ordinance and also about recent concerns regarding wolf hybrids and dogs
running at large in areas that are not covered by dog control zones. There was discussion.

existing ordinance. He said they could consult with Gibson and prepare a draft ordinance
for the Committee's consideration. Brenner and Doty agreed to do this.
