The meeting was called to order by Chair Daniel Warner at 1:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 1000 North Forest Street, Suite 203.

1. REQUEST FOR ONE -YEAR EXTENSION OF A PRELIMINARY
PLAT APPLICATION FOR "LINCOLN GREEN" DEVELOPMENT ON
LINCOLN ROAD, BIRCH BAY, FILED BY M.G. WALKER (AB93 -300)
Brenner moved to recommend for approval.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
