The meeting was called to order at 4:15 p.m.by Chair Ken Henderson in the
Council Chambers, 1000 North Forest Street, Suite 203.

1. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTIVE TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH SIERRA SYSTEMS CONSULTANTS
FOR THE PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT FOR $29,000
(AB93 -378)
Imhof moved to recommend for approval.
Motion carried 2 -0.
2. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTIVE TO ENTER INTO A
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR THE DEPUTY
PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS (AB93 -379)
Larry Mans, Administrative Services, spoke.
Imhof moved to recommend for approval.
Motion carried 2 -0.
3. ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF A FAMILY
COURT COMMISSIONER IN THE SUPERIOR COURT (AB93 -361)
Imhof moved to recommend for approval of that appointment.
Motion carried 2 -0.
5. ORDINANCE REVISING ORDINANCE 92 -036 ELIMINATING THE
SUNSET DATE (AB93 -365)
Marsha Gunning, Combined Treatment Services, and Shirley Van Zanten, County
Executive, spoke.
Imhof moved to recommend for approval.
Motion carried 2 -0.
6. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1993 BUDGET, REQUEST NO. 13
(AB93 -325)
Linda Irvin, Executive Office, spoke.
Imhof moved to recommend for approval.

7. ORDINANCE REVISING THE 1993 BUDGET, REQUEST NO. 14
(AB93 -366)
Linda Irvin, Executive Office, and John Romaker, Assessor's Office, spoke.
Imhof moved to recommend for approval.
Henderson moved to amend the amendment to the ordinance to increase the
F14,000 revenues in the Health Department b $14,000 and increase the app ropriations by
$14,000 for the purchase of furniture and other capital equipment with tl�e County Code
to be provided by the Health Department.
Motion for the amendment to the amendment carried 2 -0.
Main motion carried 2 -0.
8. OTHER BUSINESS
The date of the arrival of the budget was brought up.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
