Forest St., 2nd floor, by Ken Henderson, Chair. Also present: Absent: Bob Imhof Dennis Vander Yacht Henderson said he had received the requested responses regarding the Finance reorganization. The Committee and the Council will be reviewing the recommendation from the Executive for action at a later date. He thanks those who responded. 1. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION FOR EXECUTIVE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH JHK TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANTS FOR $220,893 (AB93 -070) Topics discussed: Background; completion of transportation plan for Growth Management; $240,000 original budget request; studies involved; GIS data base development; pavement language clarification; consultant information use; external traffic analysis and GIS; tasks covered by the request.
