WHATCOM COUNTY COUNCIL
Special Council Meeting
September 14, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 5 p.m. by Chair Robert Imhof in the
Courthouse Multi- Purpose Room, Basement, 311 Grand Avenue.

Ken Henderson (late)
CAPITAL FACILITIES PLANNING MEETING (AB94 -456)
Randy Young, Henderson & Young, asked for Council input in order to begin
drafting plans for this subject. He gave the members tools to use to give their input and
reviewed the results. It was obvious to all that roads will be dominating the discussion.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
