Special Council Meeting
November 28, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 6 p.m. by Chair Robert Imhof in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. THE COUNCIL WILL BE CANVASSING THE RESULTS OF THE
IRRIGATION DISTRICT ELECTION (AB94 -273)
Speakers:
Terry Unger
Dan Gibson, Prosecuting Attorney
Imhof moved to count the ballots.
Motion carried 5 -2 with Henderson and Harris opposed.
Imhof moved to accept the 17 foil ballots (no secrecy).
Motion carried 5 -2 with Henderson and Harris opposed.
The Irrigation District Election failed by 25 votes.
The meeting was adjourned about 6:30 p.m.
