The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m. by Committee Chair, Barbara
Brenner in the Council Chambers, 1000 N. Forest Street.

1. ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A WEIGHT LIMIT ON BIRCH BAY
DRIVE (AB94 -037)
Henderson moved to hold this in committee until the committee receives further
information from Ed Henken, County Engineer.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 2:12 p.m.
