DISCUSSION REGARDING A PROPOSED EMERGENCY ACCESS IMPROVEMENT ON YORK STREET /LOWELL AVENUE (AB94 -212) The following persons addressed the Committee: Ed Henken, Engineering Chris Keyes - Halterman, 4004 Cedarbrook Court Luella Talbott, 3820 York Art Favinger, 4017 Cedarbrook Court Jim Hofacker, 4022 Cedarbrook Court Paul Anderson, 3727 York Scott Fisher (sp ?), 4801 Cedarbrook Court Dave Wareing Chet Kenoyer, 3901 York John LeCompte, 3917 West Cedarbrook Court Arliss Muehlen (sp ?), 3726 York Darryl Locke, 3721 York Carl Lenham, 4018 Cedarbrook Court Ken Walstrom, 3719 York Bob Hull, 3827 Frazier Terry West, 4105 York Mark Sefrit, 3812 York Annette Huisingh, 4027 Cedarbrook Court Brenner moved to recommend to hold in Committee. Motion carried unanimously. 2. Motion carried unanimously. 3. DISCUSSION OF CITIZEN'S COMPLAINTS REGARDING ROAD PROBLEMS AS WELL AS GARBAGE, TRASH, ILLEGAL TRAILERS, ETC. IN THE MARINE DRIVE /RURAL AVENUE AREA (AB94 -188) The following persons addressed the Committee: Ed Henken, Engineering Mike Walsh, 1880 Marine Drive Pete Kremen, 3283 North Shore Road Conrad Dancer, 1835 Marine Drive Jeff Monsen, Director, Transportation Services John Colvis (sp ?), 4252 Rural Avenue Darryl Scarborough, 1857 Marine Drive Bill Harvey Brenner moved to recommend to hold in Committee. Motion carried unanimously. 4. COMPLAINT CONCERNING BELLINGHAM FROZEN FOODS BY NEIGHBORS IN THE SHADY LANE AREA (AB94 -199) The following persons addressed the Committee: Ed Henken, Engineering David Blair, VP /General Manager of Dean Foods (nie Bellingham Frozen Foods) Marilyn Wolten, 1611 Shady Lane Brenner moved to recommend to hold in Committee. OTHER BUSINESS None.
