The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1000 N.
Forest Street, 2nd floor, by Council Chair Marge Laidlaw.

1. APPEAL OF HEARING EXAMINER'S DECISION ON HEARING
EXAMINER FILE NO. SHV93 -2, LUSSIER /CAIN LAKE, FILED BY DANE
LUSSIER (AB93 -385)
Henderson moved that the Council should go into executive sesion to discuss the
advice of its attorney on a quasi-judicial matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.140 (2).
Motion carried 5 -0 with Brenner and Warner absent.
The Council closed the meeting to the public until the meeting concluded about
6:50 p.m.
