August 3, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 6 p.m. in the Council Offices, 1000 N. Forest
St., Suite 203, by Marge Laidlaw, Chair.

1. Executive session to discuss potential litigation with Prosecutor Dave
McEachran and Sheriff Dale Brandland (AB93 -311)
This portion of the meeting may take place in executive session
(closed to the public) pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i), so the
Council may discuss pending litigation or litigation in progress.
2. Executive session to discuss personnel issues (evaluations of Council
Budget Analyst Bob Woods and Council Clerk Ramona Reeves) (AB93-
318)
This portion of the meeting may take place in executive session
(closed to the public) pursuant to RCW 42.30, so the
Council may discuss personnel matters.
HENDERSON MOVED TO ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The motion carried unanimously and Laidlaw adjourned into Executive Session.
