6 The meeting was called to order at 1 :30 p.m. by Committee Chair Barbara
7 Brenner in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

19 Barbara Cory, Treasurer, gave a brief presentation. She was concerned regarding
20 the impact this Review Committee would have on her staff time and especially funding.

2,5 considered surplus with two parcels of questionable status and which his office is
26 investigating.

Starkenburg moved to recommend for approval the resolution as amended above.
Motion carried unanimously.

1. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL BY THE PUBLIC WORKS AND
CAPITAL PROJECTS COMMITTEE OF THE 1996 INTEGRATED
VEGETATION MANAGEMENT PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ORDINANCE NO. 94 -044 (AB95 -331)
