July 5, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 3:04 p.m. by Committee Chair Ward Nelson in
the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

COMMITTEE DISCUSSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL
1. REFERRAL OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE (REMOVING LOT
CONSOLIDATION REQUIREMENTS FROM TITLE 20) TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION AND PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
SERVICES DEPARTMENT (AB94 -516A) (FROM 4/25)
No staff was present, and Nelson notified the committee members staff was not
ready to present anything at this time.
Dawson moved to recommend to refer this to the Planning Commission at the
earliest opportunity.
There was discussion on the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS
Charles Reynolds presented the committee with a personal lot consolidation
problem. Nelson said he would contact Nate Brown, Planning Department.
