COMMISSION EVALUATION AND ADDING A NEW
CLASSIFICATION, FARM AND AGRICULTURE CONSERVATION

Motion to amend carried 2 -1 with Harris opposed.
Nelson moved to recommend for approval.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. REQUEST FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL FOR THE EXECUTIVE TO
SIGN AND RETURN TO THE CITY OF BELLINGHAM THEIR PETITION
OF THE PROPOSED MCLEOD /MT. BAKER ANNEXATION (AB95 -342)

AGREEMENTS RELATIVE TO URBAN GROWTH AREAS (AB95-
343)
