The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m. by Acting Chair Ward Nelson

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMITTEE
Dawson moved to nominate# Nelson.
The motion was approved by roll call vote.
1. DISCUSSION OF ANNEXATION POLICY (AB94 -039)
Nate Brown, Planning & Development Services Manager, explained the
negotiation process on the annexation to date.
Harris moved to recommend that the Administration be given authority to pursue
negotiations, that it not be forfeited to the Boundary Review Board, and that Henderson
represent the Council.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 2:37 p.m.
