The meeting was called to order at 4 p.m. by Acting Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. DISCUSSION IN EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING RECOMP
LITIGATION (AB95 -132D) (SCHEDULED FROM 4 - 6 P.M.)
Henderson moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried 5 -2 with Imhof and Starkenburg late.
1. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDY
WATTS REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB95 -336)
(SCHEDULED FOR 6:30 P.M.)
ADJOURN
