The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DANIEL
GIBSON REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB95 -336)
Nelson moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried 4 -0 with Imhof and Starkenburg late.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7 p.m.
