The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.by Council Chair Robert Imhof in
the Committee Room of the Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

Nelson moved to discuss items 1 through 3 in executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDY
WATTS REGARDING A REQUEST TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST
A CMZEN FOR UNPAID DEBT (AB95 -223)
3. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DANIEL
GIBSON REGARDING THE WATER USERS STEERING
COMMITTEE AND WATER RIGHTS ON THE LUMMI
