The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Chair Robert Imhof in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

DIRECTOR TOM SUTBERRY ON THE CIVIC CENTER PARKING
STUDY (AB95 -133) (45 MINUTES)
According to the zoning laws of the building, 613 spaces need to be available.
Most information Sutberry discussed came from the study. See the packet he
provided.

AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES IMPOSITION OF PENALTIES UNDER
