The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Chair Robert Imhof in the
Committee Room of the Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

MINUTES)
This was procedural only; no business was conducted.
2. DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE SETTLEMENT, LANGE V. WHATCOM
COUNTY (AB94 -550) (REQUESTED BY CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY
PROSECUTOR RANDY WATTS)
Imhof moved to go into executive session to discuss this and the following items.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
