The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Robert Imhof in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. PROCEDURAL REVIEW FOR THE EVENING COUNCIL MEETING
This was procedural review only; no action was taken.
2. DISCUSSION OF POTENTIAL LAWSUIT SETTLEMENT,
HERNANDEZ V. WHATCOM COUNTY (REQUESTED BY RANDY
WATTS, CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR) (AB94 -478)
Nelson moved to go into Executive Session to discuss this item.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned about 6:50 p.m.
