The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Council Chair Robert Imhof in
the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION
1. UPDATE ON THE BEACON FILM STUDIO. PROJECT (AB95 -110)
John Sithen gave an update on the project.

Dan Gibson, Prosecuting Attorney, gave an update.
(Clerk's Note. There were several suggested language changes; however, after the
