The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Bob Imhof in the
Committee Room of the Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. PROCEDURAL REVIEW FOR THE EVENING COUNCIL MEETING.
This was a procedural review only; no business was discussed.
2. CONSIDERATION OF THE APPEAL OF THE HEARING
EXAMINER'S DECISION ON VAN KOLKEN DOCK (SHS90- 0021),
FILED BY RICHARD VAN KOLKEN (AB94 -454).
Henderson moved to discuss this item and Items 3, 4 and 5 in executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. CONSIDERATION OF THE APPEAL OF HEARING EXAMINER'S
DECISION ON HEARING EXAMINER FILE NO. SHV94 -0014, FILED
BY PAULA AND HEIKKI SIIRILA (AB94 -585)
