The meeting was called to order by Council Chair Robert Imhoff at 6 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. EXECUTIVE SESSION DISCUSSION OF A PERSONNEL MATTER
WITH BUDGET AND PROGRAM ANALYST BOB WOODS
(PERFORMANCE REVIEW) (AB94 -385) (30 MINUTES)
Imhof moved to go into executive session to discuss this matter.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. PROCEDURAL REVIEW OF AGENDA FOR JULY 12, 1994 FULL
COUNCIL MEETING (30 MINUTES)
Also present were the recording secretary; Bob Woods, Budget & Program
Analyst; and several members of the public.
OTHER BUSINESS
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
