February 14, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m. by Chair Bob Imhof in the Council
Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

Ken Henderson
Larry Harris
Ward Nelson
Alvin Starkenburg
Barbara Brenner (late)
Others present during the meeting were Cicil Deputy Prosecutor Dan Gibson,
Administrative Services Director Tom Sutberry, Human Resources Manager Larry Mans,
and Clerk of the Council Ramona Reeves.
THE COUNCIL WILL MEET IN EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS A
PERSONNEL MATTER.
Nelson moved to discuss personnel matters in executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
The Chair asked Reeves to remain in attendance for the first portion of the
meeting; she left the meeting at 6:50 p.m. Brenner arrived at the meeting at
approximately 6:45 p.m.
No formal action was taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
