January 25, 1994
The meeting was called to order by Council Chair Bob Imhof at 6:45 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at 1000 North Forest Street.

1. DECISION ON APPEAL OF HEARING EXAMINER'S DECISION ON
HEARING EXAMINER FILE NO. SHV93 -24, SHV93 -3, SHC93 -12,
DICKERSON DOCK, FILED BY JOHN DICKERSON (AB93 -432)
Imhof moved to go into executive session in order to discuss this issue with
Council's attorney pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(2).
Motion carried unanimously.
Council recessed into executive session, and the meeting was adjourned at 7 p.m.
