The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. in the Council Offices, 1000 N.
Forest Street, by Council Chair, Robert A. Imhof.

Prior to going into executive (closed) session, the Council
must clearly state the reason for going into executive
session, and then take a roll -call vote to do so.
Update on legal proceedings with the City of Bellingham by the
Prosecuting Attorney Dave McEachran (AB93 -270)
This portion of the meeting may take place in executive session
(closed to the public) pursuant to RCW 42-30. 110 (1) (i), so the
Council may discuss pending litigation or litigation in progress.
Brenner moved to go into executive (closed) session.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 6:49 p.m.
