The meeting was called to order by Chairman Robert Imhof at 6:15 p.m. in the
Committee Room of the Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. PROCEDURAL REVIEW OF AGENDA FOR AUGUST 9, 1994 FULL
COUNCIL MEETING (20 MINUTES)
Announcements were made regarding items withdrawn, added, etc. A discussion
took place on the following items:
The need to communicate with Administration
The Nurses' Contract
Procedure for the Critical Areas Ordinance
Flow Control
Harris moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried 6 -0.
2. UPDATE ON COURTHOUSE CONSTRUCTION ARBITRATION
(THIS ITEM WAS REQUESTED BY THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE;
DISCUSSION MAY TAKE PLACE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
PURSUANT TO RCW 42.30.110 (1) (I)) (AB94 -115C) (15 MINUTES)
