The meeting was called to order at 10 a.m. by Committee Chair Barbara Brenner in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WHATCOM COUNTY CODE BY
CREATING CHAPTER 12.60, WHATCOM COUNTY ROAD NAMING
SYSTEM (AB96 -196)

Brenner moved approval of the ordinance.
Brown moved to amend by adding language to the title, page 1, line 10:

Brenner moved to amend by adding a section on page 4, after line 13 and before line 14:
