The meeting was called to order at 3:10 p.m. by Committee Chair Alvin Starkenburg in
the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. CONSIDERATION OF HEARING EXAMINER'S RECOMMENDED
APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, FILED BY DENNIS
SANDVIG FOR "PADDEN HEIGHTS" (PUD95 -0003 AND PLS95 -0005)

The following scrivener errors were reported:
Page 7, Number VII, line 1, 7.9 acres should read a total of .79 acres. "...wetlands
on the site constitute a total of 3-.9 '.-71 acres of the... ".
Page 2, Project Description, Number of Lots should read 42 lots, and total acreage
should read 14.21. "Number of Lots: ; Total Acreage: 42
Page 17, condition 9 should read: "A Fill and Grade Permit and a Clearing Permit
..................
..................
shall be obtained for work within ti;� the county right -of- way."
Page 6, Number IV, line 3, should read: "Elevation onsite ranges from 582 to 63-2
'Q feet above sea level."
