The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Council Chair Alvin Starkenbug in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

DISCUSSION REGARDING A PERSONNEL MATTER (AB96 -050)
Dawson moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried 5 -0.
DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDY WATTS
REGARDING TWO CASES OF POSSIBLE PENDING LITIGATION (AB96 -077)
After executive session, the meeting was open to the public for discussion on the budget process.
Members discussed their desire, especially Imhof (as chair of Finance and Administrative Services
Committee), for individual department reports at the budget hearings.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7 p.m.
