6 The meeting was called to order at 6:50 p.m. by Council Chair Ward Nelson in the Council
7 Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

17 1. CLARIFICATION OF MOTION MADE AT THE DECEMBER 19, 1995 WORK
18 SESSION REGARDING PROPOSED DISPOSAL SITE AGREEMENT WITH RECOMP
19 OF WASHINGTON (AB95 -427)

21 Imhof stated the motion was, as he recalled, to request Public Works review three items for
22 clarification. He did not remember the three items in the Flow Control Ordinance, the contracts.

24 Nelson thought the motion was to go forward with the terms of the clarifying resolution
25 following clarification of language referring to performance criteria, the language relative to subcontractors,
6 and the language establishing a rate ceiling to be included in all disposal site agreements, and he so moved.

28 Imhof.moved approval.

30 There was discussion regarding Sutter and Brown not voting since they were not Council members at
31 the time of the original vote.

33 Motion carried 5 -0 with Sutter and Brown abstaining.
