The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by Council Chair Ward Nelson in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDY
WATTS REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (TWO CASES) (AB97 -018)
Sutter moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried unanimously with Imhof and Starkenburg absent.
2. DISCUSSION REGARDING HEALTH DEPARTMENT CONSOLIDATION
AND RELATED REAL ESTATE ISSUES (AB97 -018) (30 MINUTES)
