The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair Ward Nelson in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDY
WATTS REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB97 -018)
Imhof moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DANIEL GIBSON
REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF RESOLVING OUTSTANDING ISSUES
IN ARBITRATION (AB96 -018)
ADJOURN
