The meeting was called to order at p.m. by Council Chair Ward Nelson in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. UPDATE ON NEGOTIATION STATUS OF THE COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING AGREEMENTS FOR THE FERRY, WASHINGTON STATE
NURSE =S ASSOCIATION, AND CORRECTIONS OFFICERS (AB97 -018)
Imhof moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR DANIEL GIBSON
REGARDING A PERSONNEL MATTER (AB97 -018)
