The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Council Chair Ward Nelson in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

DECISION ON ZONING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CUP95 -0056 FILED
BY RONALD ROBERTSON, C/O FRANK CHMELIK (AB96 -381)
Imhof moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. DISCUSSION WITH PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR JEFF MONSEN AND
LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB97 -028)
