The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Council Chair Ward Nelson in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

CHMELIK, ATTORNEY (AB97 -213)
Imhof moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
