April 8, 1997
The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by Council Chair Ward Nelson in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. DISCUSSION REGARDING HEALTH DEPARTMENT CONTRACTS (AB97 -18)
Imhof moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
Nelson stated Council planned to be in executive session for approximately 20 minutes to
discuss a Health Department contract and the animal control contract.
2. DISCUSSION REGARDING ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT (AB97 -018)
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 7 p.m.
