The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Council Chair Robert Imhof in the
Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue.

1. APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
REGARDING TRAIL PERMIT #97 -0030 FILED BY PHIL SERKA FOR MR. AND
MRS. BERT BROCK (AB98 -043)

2. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY RANDY WATTS REGARDING
PENDING LITIGATION (AB98 -020)
Dawson moved to go into executive session.
Motion carried unanimously.
