The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Council Chair Tom
Brown in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

DISCUSSION REGARDING UPCOMING NEGOTIATIONS FOR SIX
COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS EXPIRING AT THE END OF
1999 (AB99 -363)
Imhof moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes.
Motion carried 3 -0 with Hoag, Brenner, Nelson, and Dawson absent.
(Clerk's Note: Hoag and Brenner arrived at 6:31 p.m.)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
