The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Hoag moved to go into executive session to discuss the following item for
approximately 20 minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.
