The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Hoag moved to go into executive session to discuss items one and two.
Motion carried unanimously.

2. TEAMSTERS HEALTH CLERICAL COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
