The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Also Present:
Robert Imhof
Connie Hoag
Barbara Brenner
Sam Crawford
Absent:
L. Ward Nelson
Dan McShane
Imhof moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss the
following item.
Hoag questioned whether they have legal grounds to go into executive
session.
Brenner stated it is a legal matter. It is like a court case.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
NEGOTIATIONS (AB2000 -062)
This item was withdrawn.
2. DISCUSSION WITH DAVID GRANT, SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR,
REGARDING SUMAS ENERGY 2 INTERVENTION (AB2000 -018)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
