The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Brenner moved to go into executive session for one hour to discuss the
following items.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. CONSIDERATION OF AN APPEAL OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S
DECISION ON FILE NO. CUP95 -0056, FILED BY RICK AND DEBRA
BENNER (AB99 -402)
2. DISCUSSION WITH CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR KAREN FRAKES
REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2000 -018)
3. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDY
WATTS REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2000 -018)
ADJOURN
