The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Also Present:

Absent:
Robert Imhof
Dawson moved to go into executive session for approximately one hour to
discuss the following item.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION WITH SENIOR DEPUTY PROSECUTOR KAREN FRAKES
REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2000 -018)
ADJOURN
