The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Also Present:

Robert Imhof
Absent:

Connie Hoag
Imhof moved to go into executive session for 45 minutes to discuss the
following three items.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY RANDY WATTS REGARDING
POSSIBLE LITIGATION (AB2000 -018)
2. DISCUSSION WITH DEPUTY PROSECUTOR KAREN FRAKES
REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2000 -018)
3. DISCUSSION REGARDING CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
NEGOTIATIONS (AB2000 -062)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
