The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.

Crawford moved to go into executive session for 45 minutes to discuss items
one and three on the agenda.
Motion carried unanimously.

DECISION (ON REMAND) ON FILE NO. CUP95 -0056, FILED BY RICK
AND DEBRA BENNER (AB99 -402)
2. DISCUSSION REGARDING CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

This item was withdrawn from the agenda.
