The meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m. by Council Chair Marlene
Dawson in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham,
Washington.
Also Present: Absent:

Barbara Brenner (arrived 9:15 a.m.)
Crawford moved to go into executive session to discuss the following item.
Motion carried unanimously.
